No experience is necessary. This day is tailored to beginners and an opportunity for everyone to step into the world of dance.

Yes, bookings are required. We would love to guarantee everyone has room in each class, especially classes where chairs are required.

Wear anything that makes you feel comfortable and allows free movement. We recommend gym clothes, and something that covers your knees.

Heels are optional. They can be used for Heels, Chair or Tease classes. Alternatively, we recommend socks for Tease & Floor play.

Avoid heels that are too high (no more than 3.5inch) and make sure it is a boot heel, or has a strap across the ankle. Avoid chunky soles, platforms and wedges. If you don’t have the right ones, you can always take them off and enjoy the class without on the day!

Bring yourself, some water and a gym towel.
