I HAVE NO DANCE EXPERIENCE, WILL I BE OK TO START?
If you're worried about feeling nervous, unfit or uncoordinated - we have classes for all fitness levels, dance experience and ability. Our student and teacher community are supportive and welcoming. BEGINNER classes are for anyone with limited or no dance experience,. OPEN classes for confident beginners and experienced dancers. All you need is a positive attitude!
CAN I TRY A CLASS FIRST TO SEE IF I LIKE IT?
Definitely. We highly recommend that you purchase our Intro Offer Pass which will give you 3 Classes for $55. It is a great way to get a taste of the different classes we offer. Check out our NEW STUDENT page for full information and first-timer offers.
WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR CLASSES?
Dance Heels Up is an adult-only dance community. We welcome students who are 18yrs+ to attend our classes. There is no maximum age. We provide a safe and supportive space, and strongly believe age is just a number, never a limitation.
WHEN CAN I START CLASSES?
Anytime! We have a casual-class based structure. This means you can start, pause or stop classes anytime you like. Our classes run between February to December.
AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT OR TERM?
There are no lock-in contracts for casual classes. You can attend classes casually when it suits your schedule. If you're a regular, we offer discounted class bundles and memberships.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Access the DANCE Heels Up BOOKING PORTAL (No App Download Required). Select the class you would like to attend. Enter your personal details, and payment details when prompted to secure your spot. No walk-in appointments are accepted, bookings are made in advance online to ensure we have space
DO I NEED TO BOOK CLASSES BEFOREHAND?
Yes. All bookings must be made online beforehand. This ensures we have a space for you and don't exceed studio capacity.
I CAN'T MAKE IT TO ONE OF MY CLASSES, WHAT HAPPENS?
You can early cancel or reschedule your class with more than 6 hours notice. Any no-show or cancellations with less than 6 hours notice are non transferrable or refundable. If you are using a class pass, all classes must be used before the expiry. If you are on a membership, all classes must be used within your subscription period.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes: A minimum of 6 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class. This fee is not refundable or transferrable.
Privates: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a Private Lesson. This deposit is not refundable.
Workshops: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a Workshop. This Workshop fee is not refundable or transferrable.
Intro Offer - 3 Classes for $55: 6 hours notice is required to cancel any class you book into under this special. If you late cancel you will lose that class from the offer.
