INTRO TO DANCE

LEARN, LAUGH AND FALL IN LOVE WITH DANCE

Always wanted to try dance, but not sure where to start? Dance Heels Up have been running adult dance classes for women since 2015. We know how intimidating starting something new can be, that is why we have created our absolute beginner - intro to dance courses to get you started, and help release your inner beginner.

The courses are slow paced, and suitable to women of all backgrounds, fitness levels and dance experience (that be some or absolutely none). The course is structured around building confidence, learning technique, having fun and meeting some new dance friends along the journey! 

Each class consists of a warm up, mindset & confidence building exercises, technique + drills, strength and conditioning and dance choreography that is learned and refined over the total duration of the course.


Participants will have access to informative documents, technique guides and choreography break down videos to follow along at home in between in-person classes at your own pace. We will create a group chat when you can connect, share and support all of the women in your course. 

To celebrate the end of the course, we encourage everyone to dress up, as we focus on performance and have fun  showcasing your new skills in your complete beginner dance routine.

The course is ideal for anyone brand new to dance, returning to dance, or looking to learn some technique to compliment casual choreography classes. The friendships, empowerment and transformation in confidence over 5-weeks is a fun and unforgettable experience.
